3. Disclaimer of Guarantee
Important: Photos formatted by IDpho may be rejected by authorities. IDpho is not responsible for any rejection, loss, expense, or inconvenience arising from the use of photos produced by our service.
While we strive to meet official requirements, final acceptance of any ID photo is at the sole discretion of the relevant authority. Requirements may change without notice, and authorities may reject photos for reasons beyond our control.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and recent photos of yourself
- Not upload photos of other individuals without their consent
- Not use the service for fraudulent purposes
- Verify that processed photos meet your specific requirements before submission to authorities
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment is required before downloading the final, watermark-free photo. Due to the digital nature of our product, refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you experience technical issues with your order.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original photos. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing our service.
7. Limitation of Liability
IDpho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
