Yes, but only to remove the background. We never use your photos to train or improve any AI. We also never alter your face or features—only the background and layout are adjusted so your photo meets official requirements.
We format your photo to meet official photo requirements for dimensions, DPI, background color, and face positioning to maximize acceptance rates, but acceptance is not guaranteed — final approval is always at the discretion of the issuing authority.
Privacy is a core principle. Your photos are processed, delivered, and automatically deleted—we never store them permanently.
We do not offer refunds, including for photos rejected by authorities. If your photo is rejected, please contact us — we're happy to help troubleshoot and will work with you to get a compliant photo.
We are always adding support for more countries and document types. If a country or document type you are looking for is not listed, contact us and we will look into adding it.
Some countries require an official stamp, seal, or photographer certification on the back of the photo or on the print. We provide the formatted digital photo and print template only; we are not able to provide stamps or physical certification. If your application requires a stamp, you may need to get it from a local photo studio or authority after printing.
